Here is a brief that you will need to know to get accepted into TrueTalent:

You need 4 votes to get in TrueTalent.

You need to make sure that you have Xfire installed and that you have an account. ( http://www.xfire.com/download/ )
Also, if you have a mic it is a lot easier to communicate with eachother in-game and just for fun.
